Service Delivery at its worst

First Impressions last but this company will be the last to contact to do business. Delivery guy can't call the office to contact a customer if they given incorrect details by a 3rd party Vendor. Aramex If you can't deliver a service how the hell you guys in business delivering customer goods and Parcels. After 5 phone calls to your offices sent around the country call centres holding on 30 mins in time I am still waiting for a manager to call. My child starts school 13th and has no books :(
