**** service!!!

I am very disappointed in the service from this courier, or rather the lack there off. I ordered something from Evetech, Aramex picked up the parcel and according to the tracking it would have been delivered on Wednesday. On Thursday I called them and there where some story about a break in at their depot but my parcel was not ******, but they have to send everything back to another depot and then it would be shipped again, or something like that. I mailed them but no response. This is unacceptable!
