Service beyond pathetic!!

We dropped a parcel at Pick n pay , Wonder Park in Pretoria to Polokwane on the 8th November and we were told that it would be delivered the next day which sounded really impressive to us but it left a bitter taste in our mouth as the parcel was only delivered on the 23rd November. Really disgusted about the pathetic service that we got!!
