**** Service!!

Hi there people. I have recently had a bad experience with Aramex delivery. I ordered a package from Evetech on the 4th of July. They moved it to Aramex on the monday. Aramex has been sitting with my Package for over a week now. It being an overnight delivery. The package route is from Centurion to Pretoria north. Half an hours drive for delivery. I have been waiting now for almost 2 weeks. I called them and all they did was escalate the process in wich they never phoned me back. I have phoned them again today. And now they said no due to protests they are moving all their packages. Now my question is how did it take 5 days for an overnight package to only be moved again? I asked if I can arrange to collect myself but they just ignored that request. I understand the safety precautions due to covid. But seriously????? Overnight delivery?? 5 days???? I am not happy at all...
