sent in and out my delivery

I have been waiting for my order ever since last, 2 days when I track my order it says is out for delivery, when i call the office they tell me about lock down regulations and i can not be able to go collect on my own. No one have ever contacted me if they getting lost or to arrange for me to get my order.
