Second time in a row

Hi Hope u can help it's the second time in a row I have a parcel coming from kathu to port alfred and the second time it has been misplaced lady dropped off on Saturday should be able to track Monday and nothing this is a massive inconvenience Why offer a service if u can't deliver? Oh and online chats well now won't even go there shocking Won't be using ever again and definitely won't recommend
