I ordered from SHEIN. My parcel was hijacked before it reached to me. It was couried by Aramex. I communicated with SHEIN, they refunded me but Aramex doesn't want to. I emailed several times. Someone asked for my bank statement so they can refund. Since then no one is communicating. I'm being ****med by a big courier company in South Africa. Their service is so bad and they ***** people's money on the other hand. I want my refund.
