I couriered a parcel on the 26th of November 2019 and today is the 29th of November and the parcel still has not been delivered even though I paid for overnight courier. I am a small business owner and I find this extremely *********** because the parcel required urgent delivery as the client needed to get the parcel on her birthday which is today. I have been on the phone for exactly 70 minutes with them today after which the final decision i was told was i can either wait till next week or come and collect the parcel at their office and deliver it to my client. The client literally lives 30 minutes away from their office, that is how much they are cold after ******** you. I was told that if I collect the parcel I won't get a refund even though they wouldn't have delivered it. I was also told to be there by 6pm other wise they will be closed of which I already told them I live too far to be there by 6pm. Long story short Aramex is company of ******** in red trucks. Not worth using if you are a business owner who wants to stay competent. The funny thing is I was willing to bend over backwards for my client and go collect the parcel and deliver it myself but they as a big business can not say the same for us as clients. Use at own risk, they are a just a money grabbing company that has no soul, no ubuntu and are utterly useless at what they claim to do. I also read other reviews online and saw far worse stories than mine. All I see is another foreign company here to loot as much money as possible with the least possible effort.
