<p>On 12/04/2017 the delivery guy from Aramex said He called me once and I was not available and he spoke to my security guard in my building and he said he doesn't know me or even know where I live. I gave out more details of my address to the consultant so it can be easier for the delivery guy to find me and asked if it is possible the security guard to sign for me, I don't mind because I trust him the security guard. On the same day went to the security guard to ask him about the incident and the security said the was no one who made the delivery or looked for me. I called again to make sure that my delivery details are correct and I am giving permission for the security guard of my building to sign for me if possible and they even gave me the possible time for the delivery between 9am to 10am and I went down to wait with the same security guard on the 13/04/2017 at 8:30am for the delivery guy to make the delivery and guess what he didn't pitch then we made a call to check what happened to the shipment and used the website to check the shipment using tracking number ********** 2980 and the shipment didn't come and the delivery guy said the same thing on the report as I spoke to Vanessa. Vanessa said I was not available and the security guard does not know me. Then I asked her if their company is a **** and she hanged up on me. I am saying Aramex is a **** and I told Vanessa from their offices in Cape Town because now I can say they are a **** after being refereed by their competitor Postnet.
