Saying the worst customer service is an understatement

I bought a laptop from Incredible connectsions online then then it was given to aramex for shipping, I had to leave to another province so I called Aramex for the driver’s ETA from 9am next thing I know around 2pm an update saying delivered no one told me they are on their way I didn't sign for anything but my parcel is nowhere to be found the Agents are so unbothered while this was happening I asked them to find their driver who claims to have delivered and there is still no feedback and this is damaging to my business
