I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and disgusted at the service I'm receiving from Aramex. I have been trying to contact the call centre for more than 3 days now. I've made more than 10 phone calls to the centre, i have been on hold for 2 hours if i combine the hold time of all the calls i've made. I got through to 1 consultant who told me the system is offline and he will transfer me to the main office. He then hung up. I tried calling back, i was in a que and whenever i am first in line to speak to a consultant the call is dropped.

I will never use this service or recommend it to anyone ever again. I have spent more money trying to contact the company than i did paying for the courier.
