Sadly, speedy and reliable Aramex is no more.

I have long been an advocator for Aramex. They presented a fantastic courier solution to more remote parts of the country offering speedy, reliable service. Sadly, it appears this is no more. My most recent experience (the second with a significant delay), took over 14 days to get from Mpumalanga to Gauteng. 72 hours is the Aramex max. What is worse is that apparently my parcel was sitting in the 'undeliverable' warehouse for no apparent reason (Aramex confirmed address and number were correct). No communication was ever made to me. Following numerous follow ups, at no point was there ever an apology.
