SA Post Office service at courier prices

Every time I have to use this company I am amazed that they remain in business. Aramex is so far behind other local and international courier companies in efficient and service. Every other courier company I have dealt with is more efficient than Aramex. There are long delays at every step in their business process. Staff are unhelpful and ***********. Management are absent and unresponsive. Aramex service is only comparable to SA Post Office - absolutely shocking!
