Rude pickup personnel

I just experienced the most rude and unprofessional pickup personnel.

I have been waiting for a pickup the whole day, and even called the to find out if they have an idea what time the driver would be here. They told me the courier personnel will contact me before coming. So I just drove out to run an errand when my patner called to say he just opened the gate for courier. I immediately made a U-turn to catch the driver and I made it just on time as he was driving out. I told him I’m here for him and he just rudely told me I’ll have to wait for tomorrow and drove away. What’s more frustrating is that no one called me to say he is on the way, yet he doesn’t even have the decency to wait a minute extra. I’m truly appalled by this level of unprofessionalism. The driver was in a white Toyota Avanza with a registration number that starts with CD 63 … GP.
