RUDE HORRIBLE DRIVER

I had the most HORRIBLE experience with a driver named Thabang. He made every excuse not to deliver my order. He only called the intercom (never my cellphone), then immediately claimed I was unavailable.

When he was eventually let in, he didn’t even bother knocking on my door — something I confirmed on my camera footage. When I confronted him, he told me point-blank that he doesn’t care if I report him because “nothing will be done.”

This is completely unacceptable. Why should customers be treated like this, with no sense of accountability or professionalism? I logged a complaint and expect a response from the company and action taken — because this kind of behaviour should not go unchecked. And i am still waiting for my delivery!
