Rude driver

The driver who delivered the parcel was so rude. He honked the horn and when we informed him that honking is rude he should have and called he responded by saying Aramex didn't give him a phone to make calls and he will continue to honk. Then he goes to say "this parcel is for a Busi my daughter's name is a Busi but wena you are rude unlike my daughter" by then I just decided not respond because he was wrong to honk in the hooter period not knowing what is the set up at the residence. Unfortunately I do not have his name however my parcel details DBP*** delivered in Midrand 8 Birch Street.
