Complaint Regarding Driver’s Attitude (Siphosethu Xashimba)

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the behavior of one of your drivers. The incident occurred on 06/11/2024 @ about 07:30.I found the driver’s attitude to be disrespectful, rude, unprofessional].

When he came to deliver he spoke to me redely,made me wait at the gate and refused to deliver at the actual address. He displayed aggressive behavior. This behavior made the experience uncomfortable and left a negative impression of your service. I am fami**** with courier service and understand they are under a lot of pressure however thats no excuse to treat people this way.

I kindly request that you address this matter and consider appropriate measures to ensure that future interactions are more pleasant and professional.
