Rude Aramex Driver.

I was meant to attend an event last night (6 November), but nope my outfit that was sent from East London lunchtime on the 5th was not delivered even after I followed up mid-morning and was told that I will get a call. Before giving up in the afternoon. I kept calling Aramex with no success of my call being picked up. All morning yesterday I had my phone with me, I got a buzz when I was picking up the phone was already dropped, it hadn't even ring, when I called the office back there's a comment that "client is not picking up her phone". How so? How many times do you let the phone ring before making that conclusion? So this morning 06 Dec I call again to check because even though there is no use for the parcel I still want it , I was told delivery will arrive before 10, Customer Care dismissed my complaint and said all she can say is that it will be delivered today. Shortly the driver called asking if I'm at work, I said yes and he said I must wait outside, waited by the pedestrian gate,mind you it's raining ☔ I don't have an umbrella. He then calls again from a cell number athi "Kanti ngtheni kuwe" (What did I say to you) I tell him I am outside there's 2 gates, then I explained which gate. He passes me to a staff only entrance and I run to him, he says " why didn't you wait at the main entrance, I tell him that staff are not allowed to go out that side it's for cars and visitors only. He says "how come was he able to use it izolo, I repeat myself and I add that all courier companies drive in and we meet them at mailroom, then he says when the Aramex office told him to bring the parcel yesterday, he told himself "ngekengyenze leyonto, besegnzile lana" (I wont do that , I had already been here for other deliveries ,I wasn't going to come back) I tried calling and I didn't get hold of you". I tell him that the phone didn't even ring, and asked why didn't he call again cause these networks do that sometimes and I needed to use the contents yesterday . He starts driving off
