Rude and unprofessional Driver - in a hurry for the Good Friday long weekend!!!!!

Good day

This morning at 08:15 I received an SMS confirming my delivery (DBP***). At 08:45 I was in a meeting, I work remotely, the driver called me I was unable to answer his call. I called the driver after my meeting around 11:00, he confirmed that he was within the vicinity but will not be able to come back, I should meet him where he is. Now my question is, what happened to the duration time that was allocated for him to deliver at my house since he did not deliver. The driver was rude and talking to other people in vernacular in the background unprofessionally so. I need that parcel for the long weekend. Now my son must wait for his Easter sneakers next week Tuesday because Aramax driver was in a hurry to finish his delivery rounds because clearly the beer rounds are waiting for him for the long the weekend. I should have asked my White neighbor to call on my behalf to get a different reaction. What nonsense is this? I called the Vanderbijlpark branch to report the matter and they said they will call the driver to come and deliver. I will not hold my breath!
