RUDE AND LOUD ARAMEX DELIVERY GUY

the rudest delivery people ever, this driver came to our facility, asked for the incorrect recipient name, we sent him to that's person's office - with a similar name , then he came back and accused us of not knowing how to do our jobs, he was shouting and yelling at the top of his lungs in the main foyer, making an unnecessary scene, everyone was looking at him wondering what's going on. after looking at the instructions, it had a part that said, "special instructions - deliver to the 4th floor room five" I asked him if he had read that part?? he started shouting again... WHY DID HE NOT READ THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS??? IS THAT NOT HIS JOB??? please teach your stuff customer service. after seeing this kind of behaviour - I would never use Aramex or recommend anyone else to use it. What a load of ****.

I Called the customer service line, spoke the Pakamani she gave the number of head office and as on now 08h38 ********** 000 is going to voicemail - just goes to show what kind of company youre running there.
