Rude and hung up on me.

I've been using Aramex for my business for years and today I called to follow up on a package that I dropped of on the 13th and it's in the Vaal but the guy that answered at the Vanderbijl branch who didnt give me his name was not helpful and even went to an extent of hanging up on me I called 5 times after that and he didnt answer.

He told me that I must tell my client that I dont have any feedback regarding her package as he cant check where it is. I then told him as a business person going back to MY client with such feedback is stupid. He didnt try to call the 3rd party to find out where this package is instead he asked me if my client doesnt have it. I am beyond livid with the service and I want this gentleman to call and apologize. Call was made to *** at 07:26am I believe calls are recorded so this should be easy to find!
