******* Service Ever from East London Office

I'm very annoyed and disappointed that I sent a parcel to Mthatha on 27/11/2018 and till today 30/11/2018 me and the receiver are being given the run around like fools. No one can give us a straight story like the driver must have ****** the package to give his girlfriend or something because no one is telling us anything and this is the first time I'm having a problem from these people. East London they telling me their own *******. I wanna know where is that parcel and can they just send it back to me rather and I use another courier service because this is utter *******. Since 8:35am on Thursday its been sitting in East London, no one bothers to call or say anything. What ******* service is that??? How the hell do you do this to people??
