The customer service is horrible , I have been calling for three weeks and all they can tell me is that they going to escalate it! and someone will contact me .

The last update on the site is on the 7th of December and no one can tell me were my parcel is. I called again to day and apparently the person handling my parcel is not in now.

Horrible ******* service!
