******* Pathetic service always!!!

Why is it that when j send parcels the week before or on a Thursday they either don't get collected or they get picked up late and no one does their work on Friday to have the parcels out by Friday??? Are the drivers too lazy because it's weekend time or just too ***********. I've sent several parcels on 7 Feb and till now the receivers have not received them... I thought this service was the best but seems I am always getting disappointed by the service received here. Maybe it's time to find an alternative because I can see that Aramex don't give a damn about their customers, they just in to it for the money!!!
