****** my hard earned cash from Aramex custom clearance R1314.00 they took but never delivery my parcel I'm very hurt and disappointed

I feel so sad with Aramex they ****** me my hard earned cash R1314.00 for custom clearance I bought clothes from Shein but I never received them they were supposed to be delivered on September 15 2021 but I received a call from Aramex telling me that the aramex driver has been hijacked and ****** my parcel.....I requested my refund from aramex cause I paid R1314.00 to Aramex account for custom clearance that they requested but they gave me email address of *** and said I must send it and request my refund until today I never received that money and the lady who answers the call at aramex is very rude I feel they survive by robbing the poor of their money don't get ****** like me try to stay away from this **** company Shein paid me back my money just imagine Shein is from China but the one country I'm in failed me I just hate Aramex for robbing me
