ridiculous service

I have been trying call your JHB office for the last 2 weeks tracking my order i received several emails being told my order is out for delivery but nobody pitch at my address and when i call them they told me i was not available for pick up( lies) I then called in to find out what happening i spoke to Roshel and Therusha her team leader whom they advised me my order will only be delivered today(08/07/2020) when i called in today i'm told my order is not dispatched they going around the bush regarding my order after i had waited for 2hrs until 18:00 on the 06/07/2020 and the driver(Phillip) did not pitch now i really do not know what kind of service is this that you guys are providing to your customers I for one will never ever use this service from the experience i just had. I WANT MY ORDER!! is my order lost or what i'm furious from the experience i just encountered somebody needs to0 let me know whats happening here or else i'm taking this further.
