RIDICULOUS ARAMEX

I ordered an item from an online store. The item is expected to get delivered to me through aramex.

Aramex was so prompt in calling me when they needed my information and my payment for clearance. After all this, I noted that there were mistakes on the invoice (the item description and value were incorrect) so I sent aramex an email asking for clarity before I pay their rates and since the 17 of December till date aramex has not responded to my multiple emails.

When I call the call centres I have to hold for up to 20 minutes and after that the call automatically cuts. I have tried calling as many times as I have sent them emails.

The online store cannot help me any further as the item is now with aramex.

Now I do not even know what is happening anymore.

Verdict: This is absolutely shocking and ridiculous of aramex! I will never ever use aramex again. In fact, this was my unintended first time to use aramex and I regret it! You do not even deserve 1 star!
