Ridiculous

I sent out a parcel on THURSDAY 23/12. I then discovered I was being ****med and immediately requested my parcel be returned on FRIDAY due to it being a ****. My request was acknowledged and I explicitly told it would be returned to me. Now I've been informed it was delivered to the recipient. I want this resolved urgently. I requested this RTS FIVE days ago. And it was still ignored and delivered. Unbelievably ****ed off.
