Revolting services from Aramex

Aramex has appaulling services, the operation of that courrier company is run to exploit clients. I run a hair/eig business and they have lost numerous parcels of mine then they are able to retrieve them on a month or two. My last incident with them is they cannot find the parcel and according to their terms and conditions they cannot refund me. How does a parcel disapear. They will ***** clients parcels kowig very well they have a clause that protects them. The y will coninue robbing cients. The service is disgusting.
