I order the cellphone using DH gates app and they use Aremax as their courier (supplier) .They said customs has come back requesting for the vat and duty to be paid based on the value SAD R500 cv =ZAR 2607,45 plus a penalties of R750 due to missdeclaration of customs value they imposed the penalties to be paid by me wich i dont understand why should i be the one who pay penalties. Their estimation of invoice need to payed by myself is R1884,01 including penalties while i"m not the one who gave them wrong documentation (invoice).Into details my order parcel number is :***
