Refrain from using Aramex South Africa!!

Terrible service from Aramex. Bought parts from a reputable online computer store. Way bill was made out on Friday 26 June. To this day I have not received any information regarding my parcel. When one calls the centre all they say is they waiting for a truck.

What is so frustrating is that the computer company boasts with a 7 day delivery but Aramex cannot follow up on that promise. I don’t know who to call or to talk to just to get some information.

If there is a delay I understand but the least such a large company can do is to send a email and explain that there is a delay and what the problem is.

If it was possible I would give them less than a 1 star rating.

I recommend to NEVER use Aramex as they are really pathetic with even worse customer service, and the we pay for shipment fees for this excuse of a courier company.
