RediculousLY horrible service

Worst experience of my life.... still waiting for my parcel, after 2 weeks... on my tracking it says "attempted to deliver"today, but I was waiting the whole day for them to pitch, I ended up waiting till 6 in the evening at work for them to deliver, not a single soul pitched up.i called Aramex 3 times as well during the day to find out where my parcel is, the last phone call I made, they said I need to wait till 6 for them to pitch, don't know how a company can operate like that... I want my parcel delivered without an excuse tomorrow otherwise the **** is gonna hit the fan properly...
