Reckless handling of parcels

In June 2018 and July 2018 I ordered items from USA which were received by Aramex NY, USA (Springfield gardens), in both instances my parcel was mentioned that they were damaged and Aramex NY did not take any responsibility for damages because they claimed that the parcel came damaged from the supplier.

In May 2022, I ordered once gain from the same supplier and once again Aramex NY did not take responsibility for the damaged goods.

I requested to claim for damaged goods and they refused to process the claim because they claim that the parcel was not damaged in their possession.

So I questioned that if the parcel was damaged by the supplier then the courier agent (delivering from supplier to Aramex NY) would've mentioned that the parcel was damaged (mind you on each instance of me ordering the goods different courier agents collected/delivered the parcels and you are saying that in each instance the supplier shipped damaged goods to you)
