Reckless driving

Their driver of vehicle CA279-625 in Melkbosstrand, Western Cape around 8:30 11/09/2019 jumped a Stop street cutting me off, he didn’t look left or right as he was busy on his phone, I then drove behind this individual and he jumped another 2 stop streets cutting off another driver, he then stopped to deliver a package so I approached him and asked him if know what a stop street is, he says yes he stopped and went, I then informed him that I was behind him and he’s lying he didn’t stop at any of the stop streets at which point he says there were no cars and told me to get lost. Useless company and useless staff.
