REALLY BAD SERVICE

I've been waiting for a parcel delivery since the 4th when this companies tracking system showed it has been received at its Johannesburg facility...

Worst service ever and the Customer service agent Portia is of no help whatsoever. Promised to provide me with feedback and nothing till this day!

ALL COMPANIES SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE AS YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A BAD REPUTATION
