Rather use FedEx

If I could a rating of 0, I most definitely would. I have a package coming in from which was supposed to take 8-9 business days to come to me. its been over 20 days and I have still not received it. They called me to get my email to send the customs charges and I provided them it. I waited 5 days for the invoice and received nothing. I called them again and they said they didnt have the email and i provided it to them again. and still never receive it. They finally sent an SMS and i paid it immediately. Now my package is moving from destination facility to destination facility and i still haven't received delivery nor has delivery been scheduled. I called to sort to out and i was put on hold until they cut the call. Terrible service... rather use FedEx.
