Rather trust a Hobo with my parcel than Aramax

I'm so angry 😡 when will this company be taken down? Ordered online and unfortunately I was pegged with this pile of **** of a company. Parcell has been at their base since 10th of December and no Communication has been made as to why its not being delivered. These people are *******! I didn't even want this company to deliver my stuff I usually get BCM to do it and have no issues. These people are disgust me, it's almost Christmas and I guess my family won't get gifts this year. Assholes
