Rather pay extra and use FedEx, DHL etc

The most useless courrier ever- my parcel has been in transit from the US for almost 2 months... the parcel arrived in Sandton on the 5th December 2020 and still not delivered , each time I call they tell me they have a customs backlog— funny thing is during that time I have used FedEx 3X & DHL 2X importing Goods from Europe & the US, & I didn’t get issues & my parcels where delivered in time.

I am never using this ****ty courrier again l, I would rather pay extra and use FedEx, DHL etc
