Below is sequence of events that shows how inefficient ARAMEX is:<br> 1. on 1st we get an sms asking us to contact aramex at 2 numbers to move further with our international parcel.<br> 2. we call about 200 times on the numbers, get through to someone who takes down our details etc and says all is good to process and clear<br> 3. on 2nd april, someone calls from airport office asking for same details and once again all is good to clear cargo<br> 4. from 1st until 7,shipment shows \clearance in progress". after trying about 500 times at various numbers"
