****** AT ARAMEX?PICK N PAY COURIR SERVICES

The ****** in the Pick n Pay courier associate company call Aramex., I sent a parcel using the Pick n Pay Aramex courier services to Howick, black township called Mevana. After a week, the parcel has not been delivered. I followed up with Aramex through their website, and I was informed that they dropped the parcel at Howick Postnet. I had given clear physical address and contact details of the revipient thereon.

I then contacted Aramex through the chat and spoke to Abdre who forwarded me the contact details of Aramex Pietermaritzburg. I spoke to to lady there who indicated that they (Aramex) do not deliver in black townships. effectively Aramex do not service black people in their township yet that is not stipulated in their Terms and Conditions.

I bought the envelop from Pick n Pay Wekker Street in Moreleta Park, and I was nit aware that this company associated with Pick n Pay was discriminating against Black people. I had a similar incident last year where they said the same thing however they went back and delivered the parcel to the correct address.

I have used DSV several times and they always deliver ont ime and to the right address, No issues with Black Townships

I am surprised Pick n Pay is associated with a ****** or racially based company which still recognise or identify black areas where black people stay as a no go areas.
