Racial ************** during pre-delivery

I received an unpleasant call yesterday from Narouk who informed me that Aramex does not deliver to the Imbali township despite me having paid for delivery of R150. Reasons were not provided however I was informed that I would need to collect the delivery from a mall literally 5kms from the provided delivery address. As the places highlighted where Aramex does not deliver, happen to be predominantly black township areas, I do have reason to believe that the current business model is imp**** ****** and ************** to those that do not live in suburban areas. This is unacceptable in 2021.
