****py service from Aramex couriers

Aramex employs the worst delivery staff /drivers in the world. They have no manners, no decency and no excuse. They are obnoxious, stupid and insulting. Today they were delivering a package for my daughter. Firstly, they didn't even have the decency to inform her that they were on their way to deliver. When they arrived and phoned her to receive the parcel, she told them that she wasn't at home herself, but that she was going to get hold of the people at home to receive it. They just drove away, without bothering to wait 5 minutes. I went out the moment she phoned me and there was no one at the gate. And it's not as if they had to try and get into an access controlled security area or anything. We're staying in a free standing house on a public road. I phoned her to say they're not at the gate. She phoned them and asked where they were. They said they left but have turned back and were at the gate. She phoned me again and I walked outside and to the gate. There was nobody there. In the less than 60 seconds between her disconnecting from her call with them to her phoning me, they got "tired" of waiting and left again. I phoned her while standing at the gate and they drove right past the gate without even slowing down. If I weren't opening the gate at the time and the guy in the passenger seat hadn't noticed the gate opening, they would have just kept going. When they did stop and reverse back to our gate, the delivery guy got out of the van and I asked if they were delivering from the supplier. He asked if it was for ??? (my daughter) I said yes, why didn't they wait for a few minutes? The driver shouted at me from the van saying that they were waiting for a long time. So I said that 5 minutes or less, was hardly a long time. The delivery guy shoved the box into my face and walked back to the van, while the driver were shouting something else to me, which I didn't catch, being caught off guard by the one shoving the box at my face. I asked them if they were idiots expecting me to run outside and up and down the street to try and find them while they just keep driving down to road? The guy just slammed the door and the driver gunned the engine, pulling away from in front of my house with screeching tires. I will definitely not buy anything from this supplier again if they continue to use Aramex as their couriers.
