****py service Aramex South Africa

An item ordered by myself was delivered to Aramex UK.I have sent multiple emails (6 so far and counting)to Aramex South Africa.at *** since I have not received the delivered item. The only response I get is an automated reference number.I am deeply disappointed at how shoddy the customer service has been.There has been no response to multiple emails and no attempt to trace the item.Naturally nobody picks up the phone.Disgusted.
