****py Service and possible theft

If only there was negative star rating!! Aramex is the worst courier service ever!!! I dropped off 2 packages for Mapela, in Limpopo on the 2nd December. Both shipments were storetodoor, so all information was filled in online and both tracking numbers received. On the 4th December, both shipments scanned as received at Aramex sorting centre on the 4th. This is despite their same day collection, if parcels are dropped off before 3pm anyway fast forward one shipment was delivered on the 8th December only one package was delivered. Mind you both shipments were going to the same address, since then I have been in contact with the call centre bia WhatsApp.....first I was told that there was no details whatsoever on the ' stored ' shipment despite the way bill being scanned in and showing on the tracking that it must be sent to Mapela. Then the story changed when I was asking questions that the package is damaged and it has been stored at their sorting centre and they could not let me know because they did not have my details or the receiver's details. All this after the information was captured by me online, then received the way bill number on my mobile and also confirmation on my email on top of this I have an app account where all my shipments are gets linked once they scan. I was then promised that they will return the package to me by the 15th December and I gave them my full address. Fast forward, I see an update on the app, the package has been received at Polokwane sorting centre on the 16th. This after they claimed they had no details of the receiver, after I asked them to return the package as they claimed it was damaged. I then contacted them via WhatsApp and was just told that the Jhb Office is investigating, I have tried to phone the office multiple time to no avail. I also tried to follow up again on WhatsApp since the package is now stuck in Poloksane for whatever reason, as I speak the last call centre agent has been checking for me since 13:57 this afternoon no word from them more than an hour later Mind you I am a small business owner, all I want is my package back and will definitely never ever and I mean make sure that Aramex never ever crossed paths with my business or clients
