****py promises and no real service

My goods have been placed on the Aramex Courier for an overnight delivery, this is the service which I have paid for and this is the service which I expect to receive - it is a contract, you pay we offer to deliver overnight. The below is the tracking of my parcel, it has arrived in Pietermaritzburg 30 june now 2nd of July. 2020
