Putrid service from Aramex Global Shopper - South Africa

Extremely bad service , really rude staff and they don't respond to e-mail inquiries....yep as far rotten service goes - you get the full package with this company.....I see they don't respond here on Hellopeter; it doesn't surprise me at all - given all the complaints that get posted here about them on a daily basis - doesn't seem like they care much to improve.........how they still stay in business is beyond me....
