Product Never Delivered

I bought a phone from Gearbest.com mid-November 2017 and Aramex was supposed to deliver later that month. I paid tariff and duties fees but the product was never delivered. When I made follow-ups only Aramex then they start mentioning the product got lost between Dubai and SA and are investigating it but promised to resolve the matter either a refund or new replacement.

I have been waiting on them for months now to settle the matter but still no way forward.
