Pricey Waybill

I bought shoes abroad as I normally do using aramex, to my surprise the cost of my shoes is 14€ including shipping cost to my aramex address in UK.

What surprise me is that aramex estimate that the cost of my shoes is 20€ how they came to this figure is a misery I even forwarded aramex the invoice to prove the right amount of the waybill! but still no one has a valid explanation to expound to me how they reach the cost mentioned above.

Months before I ordered shoes little bit pricey than the current one however I paid reasonably fee, this time around less expensive shoes yet they require me to pay R620.00 for goods I have bought for +-R300 including shipping fee to my global Aramex address.

By the way I hope my query won't be handled by that rude argent of yours who hangs up the phone rudely to aramex customer "Bulelwa"
