Prices trippled

I used to pay 239 for my total shipment fees to be able to get my boxycharm box delivered to me from New York, now they have tripled the price to 663.45 and when I enquired why, I was told it is because if I cant provide them with a list of what is in the box, they will have to charge me this price, I have sent through the invoice to let them now what is in the box, but still this is the amount being charged, how can they drastically increase their prices this way, this is ****************
