Postnet deliver via Aramex courier not delivered for overnight delivery

I am disgusted by the lack of customer service at Aramex. My mom sent a package via Postnet to door-door overnight delivery on Tuesday. The package was not delivered on Wednesday with no reasons provided. Thursday was a public holiday therefore delivery was due for Friday. I was told that they tried to deliver but my phone was off which is untrue because my house has a gated estate which calls when someone tries to enter the estate. No attempt was made to call me. I had to call them on Monday to find out what was the problem as I’m still waiting for delivery. Upon investigation apparently the package did not have my full name which was the problem. Up until this point my package has still not been delivered because the supervisor Nico for the Centurion area refuses to assist me as the drivers have already been dispatched. This package is very urgent hence delivery for overnight yet no further attempts have been made to deliver the package on time. This service is appalling and disgraceful to say the least. I am now forced to collect my own delivery for the dispatch center as they can only deliver on Tuesday. I would not recommend delivery with Aramex to anyone. The customer service is unacceptable and deplorable.
